• Bloomington -Meeting at Miller Park 8-8:30 am. Line-up will be at 9:30am at Main St., North of Front St., East side of the street for a 10am prompt start. Entry #
  
•  Peoria – New Parade Route and Staging Area: Peoria Civic Center lot at Monroe and Fulton Line-up for a 10am prompt start. Parking will be by the Riverfront in city lots. Shuttle buses will be running from 8:30 to 9:50am to transfer to the staging area. Entry #
